Authors present a comprehensive survey of Ponzi schemes on Ethereum, analysing their behaviour and their impact from various viewpoints. Perhaps surprisingly, the authors identify a remarkably high number of Ponzi schemes, despite the hosting platform has been operating for less than two years.
